This document reflects the current reality of the business: a sole proprietorship operating online. It is not legal advice.

Data we collect
- Quote request (the “Start a project” form): name, email address, phone number, company, industry, indicative budget, project details.
- Newsletter subscription: email address only.
We collect no other personal data by default: no advertising tracking, no profiling, no data resale.
Why we use it
- Respond to your quote request and follow up with a proposal.
- Occasionally send our technical insights by email, with one-click unsubscribe.
Legal basis
Processing a quote request rests on the pre-contractual steps necessary, at your request, to prepare a proposal. The newsletter rests on your explicit, opt-in consent (double opt-in), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who has access to your data
The HASKORA team, plus the technical providers that run our infrastructure:
- Supabase — database hosting and access control for submitted data.
- Cloudflare — site hosting, email routing, and cookieless traffic measurement.
- Resend — delivery of transactional notification emails.
We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Retention period

Data transfers outside Niger
Our infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase) may process data on servers located outside Niger. [Exact server locations and the transfer safeguards that apply: to be verified and completed here.]
Security
- HTTPS encryption in transit on every page.
- Database access restricted by Row Level Security policies — your quote-request details are never publicly readable.
- IP addresses are hashed for anti-abuse purposes, never stored in clear text.

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@haskora.com. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
